Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be suspended, and any associated balances may be forfeited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mea444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mea444 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any service offered through the Platform.
